The BTN-001 series is the Tarpaulin 3-layer (Sandwich) laminated fabric with 1000D nylon a.k.a. the shell fabric fitted to be made in all colors and patterns as well as transfer printingor weaving and 160D nylon a.k.a. the base cloth fitted to be replaced with any soft material that can be customized for all domains and all purposes.
Durability
The BTN-001 series is resistant to friction, puncture, abrasion, tearing and bending, with excellent color fastness to rubbing, meets the laser cutting gird slot tensile testing standad.
SOLUTIONS
The BTN-001 fabric is fitted to bags, packs, garments and tool/gear kit casing and any item that needs a fabric with durability, wear-proof and robustness. The pouch attachment ladder system (PALS) processed with laser cutting extends the applicable domains to army, mountain climbing, outdoor activities and trendy clothes. A great variety of parts and accessories under circumstances and purposes enable the BTN-001 series to be the modular lightweight load-carrying equipment (molle). A wide scope of patches can be matched with hooks if needed for a second-to-none style.
